These agreements are based on cost saving items mandated by the insurance company in order to save money. At Classic Auto Collision, we have Direct Repair Agreements (DRP's) with several insurance companies that we feel benefit our customers. Our direct repair agreements are with insurance companies who put the customers concerns first and believe in working with us to provide a high quality repair. Classic Auto Collision only has agreements with a few select insurance companies that meet these high criteria. In the past two years we've removed ourselves from DRP programs with three insurance companies because they failed to meet our high standards. Your insurance company may insist that they will not warranty the repairs on your vehicle unless you go to the shop they recommended, but remember, it’s your choice.
